An additional layer of pedestrian safety outside of the building at the loading dock
Detects the motion of a backing trailer in the drive approach and presents a clear visual and audible warning to any pedestrian outside at the loading dock. This adds an additional layer of pedestrian safety outside the building.
- A motion sensor is mounted on the center line, above the dock seal or shelter. It is aimed at the drive approach and it detects the motion of a backing trailer (up to 30 feet away).
- A light and horn system, embedded in the Dok-Lok® vehicle restraint, presents a clear visual and audible warning to pedestrians in the drive approach when a backing vehicle is detected.
- Standard with the Shadow Hook restraint and the Stabilizing Trailer restraint.
